Adelaide's FIRST DAY of school
Texas in May
Singing some Andrea Bocelli.
Unky Ruble and Beth came to babysit Adelaide and I, so Mommy and Pops could live it up at Elizabeth Landry's wedding. Thank You for the visit, my Texas Tech bib, bubble bath, and my sister's tu-tu and crown. We love you.
Miss Molly was a Jr. Bridesmaid. She looked like, soooo pretty. I was psyched to meet her.
My Aunt Patty and I hit it off right away.
After a week of some hard partying, I finally konked out. Grama Daisy and Popi were kind enough to keep my company.

ONE MONTH (and one week)
I am thrilled to announce that I turned one month old last week. We had a party with cupcakes, party hats and toys, but I was in no mood for pictures. Sorry. Here are some other hi-lites from the last two weeks.
My buddy Harrison and I Hung out and watched the Oscars. He's a whole month older than me.
Matt, Laura & Julian stopped by the house. Julian is almost Four Months old. He's pretty cool for a Red Sox Fan. Too bad he'll be 30 yrs old, and wondering when the Boys from Bean Town will ever "end this 30 yr. drought." Unfortunately I'll be wondering when my Cubbies will end their 130 yr drought.
I still love my Cedars Sanai issue swaddle blankys.

Week THREE
Week three brought even more visitors. My Papa & Lita came from Texas with smiles and good cheer. Actually, Lita was a bit under the weather for the first few days, but was soon back on her feet, with me in her arms. Papa was a big help around the house, helping Dad with the screen door, car maintenance, and cooking up some good meals for all. Lita took me to the park and Farmer's Market for my very first public outing, and whooped everyone in Gin 13. I can't wait to visit them in Texas this spring. Lita promised to take me to the farm, and Adelaide horseback riding.
Oh. And I think the gardener stopped by too.

Week TWO
Some other highlights of the week. . . I opened my eyes long enough for my dad to take this picture. As it turns out, I will have blue eyes like my older sister. Also, in a shocking marvel of infant development, I shed the last remnants of the shackles that bound me in 9 months of uteral incarceration before recently gaining my FREEDOM! The crispy black waif of my withered umbilical cord fell of at 1300 hours on Friday, Feb. 8 in the year of our Lord, 2008.
